Trends and training plans

One sortie is a data point. AARCV keeps every assessed sortie on the pilot's record so progress, and what still needs work, is visible.

Pilot trend chart across four sorties, overall and by category

The pilot trend#

Open a pilot from Operations → Aircrew or from any debrief. The trend shows the overall score and each category across sorties, so it is clear which skills improved and which did not.

Adaptive training#

Debrief → Training lists every pilot with a focus area chosen from their weakest recent categories, recommended drills from the catalog and the date of the next planned sortie. Instructors can edit the plan and record sign-offs; currency is tracked per pilot.

Proficiency records#

When a pilot moves to another unit, export a signed proficiency record. The receiving unit verifies it against your unit's public key, links it to its own aircrew entry and gets a carry-over training plan. Nothing but scores and plans travels; no video is included.

Simulator export#

Debrief → Simulator export turns a sortie into a scenario for boom-operator and receiver trainers, so the next simulator session rehearses the exact situation that went wrong.

Learning records#

Assessments and reviews export as xAPI statements and CSV for a learning record store. See training records.
